Though this place opened only four months ago, I think it is well on its way to becoming a Vegas-Foodie destination! Despite the cannolis being absolutely TO DIE FOR, the owner is really what sells it.
Phil is the type of small business owner we should all want to see succeed. He is so excited to share his knowledge and passion with his customers - he truly made me fall in love with this place. I will be back for more Italian coffee & cannolis ASAP (& to try some of the other delicious desserts on their menu - cannoli soft serve is up next). Thank you Phil for being you! So excited to get the word out about this place & wishing you much success as your journey as a new business owner continues. -

They have the best homemade cookies and best fresh cannolis! They even have cannoli soft serve ice cream. They are open Tuesday thru Sunday, closed Mondays.
I will be going back! -

ok, I LOVE their Cannolis! They are really well made. Fresh, just the right amount of sweetness, etc. I love the owners! They were very personable, friendly and sweet. We did not love the cookies. They were dry and hard. Their brownie....amazing!
The main issue I have is Price ($4 each plus .40 for specific toppings). I have had GOOD Cannoli's that were almost 2x the size and 25% cheaper.
I personally think they SHOULD be priced at $3 at most based on the size and have no extra charge for toppings. If they are selling well at $4.40 each and they are successful and busy, then what do I know!
But last note... They were great Cannoli's, so i do highly recommend them. -

Mood - Uhm Cannolis of course
Upon entering was greeted with stellar service. Was given the history of the cannoli. Brilliant by the way as it is where part of my heritage lies. Palermo, Sicily
Was given a couple of samples to try of their soft serve. They have pumpkin spice and of course their signature cannoli soft serve. Wow, wow, and wow again. Everything is made in house, even the shell. And yes you can truly taste the love that was poured into each delight.
Opted for the 1/2 dozen - original, almond, cherry, and pistachio. Can we say OMG. The moment when you close your eyes to enjoy the delights. Still have no words.
Interior is several tables, there was some music playing in the back ground.
Would def recommend- pricing is a reflection of quality and presentation. I will be back to try their other delights.
Location is Eastern/ St Rose Pkwy- ample parking -

I don't like cannolis. I don't get the hype. Years ago when I went to Baltimore, I was advised to go to their Little Italy and have cannolis. I took one bite and asked why on earth I had wasted my time and money on these things. No other cannoli from restaurants or San Gennaro Festivals was able to sway me from that judgement. But so many people love them, I thought, maybe I've never had a good cannoli. Maybe if I try what is regarded as "the best cannoli", then maybe I can finally understand what people go on about.
Now Cannoli Castle is new. Open for only about 4 weeks when I finally found out about them. Definitely not enough time to establish them as the best, but their 5 star rating can't be ignored. Plus, there are one or two claims of "best I've ever had" so I thought I'd give it a shot.
Their shop used to be a matcha place and it looks like they kept the old chairs and tables. They painted one wall red and hung several Italian and cannoli posters on the walls. Walking up to the small counter at the end of the room, they have a cold case with some cupcakes and cake pops but that's not why we're here.
Their windows claim to have the "world's only cannoli soft serve" so I ask about that first and am given a sample. I'll be honest, I don't know what a cannoli is supposed to taste like. Some of the ones I've had have had that artificial almond or amaretto flavor. Not a fan of that taste and a reason why I thought I didn't like cannolis. The ice cream tasted like... I don't know... vanilla ice cream. Maybe it's because I don't know what flavor I'm supposed to be detecting or maybe it's because my palate sucks, I don't know. It wasn't bad, just nothing extraordinary. I envisioned that they served the ice cream inside the shells but they just serve them in cups. So I ordered a sundae and a chocolate dipped cannoli to try.
The sundae was a substantial size and came topped with a collapsed cannoli shell, chopped chocolate, crushed pistachios, and a cherry. Eating the soft serve with all the crunchy toppings was really enjoyable and I think it would be a great idea to make little ice cream cannolis. I'd order those every single time.
The owner was so sweet, when she delivered my cannoli she had made me two. One had the ends of the filling dipped in chopped chocolate, the other one had cherries. Both were dusted with powdered sugar. They looked delicious! Am I finally going to try a good cannoli...???
I take a bite. The shell is crunchy, the filling creamy, the chopped chocolate adds more flavor and texture. Nothing is overly sweet. It's good! I'm really trying to define the taste. It's subtle, but it's a little like a cheesecake flavored whipped cream with grated chocolate in pastry shells.
So am I cannoli fan now? I mean, it's not something I'm going to crave but I understand why people love them now. My son pretty much inhaled both cannolis, I had all of two bites. Bottom line, Cannoli Castle has a good product and, as far as I can tell, fair prices. Service is sweet and genuine from the owners themselves and I would love to see them succeed. Give them a visit!
